Aging at the winery: about 8 months. Colour: bright, pale greenish-yellow with a slight tinge of gold. Bouquet: intense and richly varied, with a delicate aroma of spices and ripe fruit. Flavour: round, full-bodied, extremely gentle. Serving Temperature: 12°- 14° C, uncorking just beforehand. Serve with oysters, shellfish with sauces.
